Dental Lab Technician
Duties
and Responsibilities: Dental Lab Technicians fill in
orders for dental prosthetics, including dentures, bridges, crowns, veneers and
inlays. They create models of patients’ mouth from physical and sometimes
computerized molds. They create the molds with plaster, wax, porcelain, metal,
and hand tools.
Salary: $36,440
Education: The education they require is a
high school diploma or a GED certificate.
I think I would like to be a dental lab technician because
you create molds of teeth which is pretty cool.
